Just testing the waters for a sweet project

1957 ford f250 4x4w/429

Good:
429 built with comp cam, edelbrock performer manifold and carburetor, chrome dress up kit and balanced pulleys. Zero miles on it. 
Built c6 with b&m LT mega shifter
Rebuilt divorced 205
New radiator
Rebuilt stock d44 with 4.56
Rebuilt ff d60 with 4.56 gears
16" chrome wheels
New exhaust w/ 40 series flow masters
Painted black frame and drivetrain
New gauges from Classic Instruments
Wired with painless street rod kit
Newly upholstered bench seat
Body is in good condition

Bad:
Currently does not run due to needing fuel pump, timing chain cover and putting together
Need to apply for new title ( got it through a family friends relative who passed away)
Needs new tires
Does not have bed 
Body needs paint
Needs battery

There is 11,000 invested would like 5,000 or trade for extended cab or 4runner rock crawler
