Grizzly lockers and a every day driver?
« on: Jul 08, 2012, 07:59:34 PM »
Anybody using these in an every day driver. My daily mileage is between 150- 250 a day.
I have a 1982 p/u sr5 longbed. With 22 r and 35" tires. Will these hold upto the abuse on the daily
Driver. Or will this be a high maintenance item due to my driving situation?

I'm running Aussies in my daily driver no problem. Ran Detroits also. Just have to adjust your driving style a little. No problems after thousands of miles. I know you asked about a Grizzly but, these are still lockers.

I run a grizzly in the rear, way better for DD than the lock right I had before. I'd recommend it, just try to coast around corners or learn new ways to use your clutch
