Topic: 22R Carb/Manifold Stud Problem

So, I began tearing down the stock AISIN carb on my '82 Toy only to run across a 'rotating stud'.
This is one of the 4 studs that stick out of the manifold. The nut on it turns with the stud and I can't
remove the carb as a result.

Does anyone know any magic tricks for this predicament? Thanks!
