Makes me want to dust off my fly rod.  Fly fishing is a true art form!!

I got a buddy that lives in Bend, Or, and it's the fly fishing mecca of Oregon, and I've been trying to get him into it.  But he just keeps coming down to the coast and drift fishes for Steelhead.   :shake_head:

It just made me wanna yell "just let it drop already!"  Very nice though, takes so much more patience than I'm willing to attempt.  Tried it and seemed to do ok, but I bought a super cheap entry level setup and the reel broke, so I haven't yet got back into it.

X2 what? no fish? thats the point of it all right? I've started when I was 12. have 4 rods now, two 6's one 9 and a 4.
and I tie my own.

haha yeah i had the same feeling but man it made me want to go exercise my arms pretty bad. Ive got one 7ft 6wt and a 9ft 8wt and i reallllly want to get back into tying my own flies again. Btw i think the video was to just showcase casting =P which to be honest im pretty obsessed with perfecting mine XD Not sure if i enjoy the sight of a nice loop zinging out or a fish hitting a dry fly more

I've never done that...doesn't look very relaxing.

If there is one thing I hate while fishing is sitting on my butt and not doing anything. I like to hike streams and fish.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?
