Alittle toyota story for the masses
SO Im for michigan and moved the the west, and during traveling back and forth, I acquired new toys. I bought a 2wd 1980 toy long bed in mi for 300 dollars "not running" So i Trailed it home on a flat bed trailer behind my ranger with a 3.slow  and it began.
I found they had a bad coil hooked to the ignitor and the distributor was 180' out and #2  and #3 were mixed. the motor was a 1986 2wd 22r.  I was like YEAH.  First things first metal backed timing guide new chain head gasket and front n rear main, So I did all this and she fired right up,
So I loaded up this little beat up long bed with 8 geo tires a fully loaded long bed with a pop up pull behind and   to top it all off,
I had a 4 speed trans with a 5 speed rear end.  3000 rpm at 50 mph.  thats right, granny gear. so I went down an got to ford escape rims (same bolt pattern) and put those on to gain some speed  so all in all i made it up to 55 mph.
So me and my wife started off from michigan to oregon we took highway 2 all the way to idaho and the little truck just kept keepin on,

So the truck is now no more, I had the bed turned into a TBT  truck bed trailer and everything else i put on my new oregon rust free frame and cab out hereso I got another 20r 2wd 80 longbed, but now its in a rust free shape.
So the 22r motor I pulled and put in the 81 a day long enough to find out my g52 was shot, so I pulled the 22r out again.
I found a really nice 84 4runner my freind had in Lincoln city and I was able to score it for 1000 with a bad motor,   I drove my 22r up to lincoln city from medford in a 2 door geo metro   I got up there  did the motor swap in two days   day 1  out day 2 in. I bolted a tow bar to my newly aquired 4runner and towd my geo all the way down I5 back home : )  that 22r is the best beast period

No, just get an account with photobucket, or a site like that.  Copy your pictures to there.  Then copy and paste the IMG link to here.
