BUB548 - 1991 X Cab on 113" Chassis

Hey guys, thought I would start a thread on my new build for my self.

What I am doing is fitting a 1994 Extra cab body on one of our standard reg cab chassis which in Australia are 113" wheel base so 9.5" shorter than the x-cab at 122.5"

So far the donor reg cab has arrived - $150 as this thing sits delivered to my shop ain't bad.



Specs on this rig will be as follows.
1991 Ex cab
2004 3RZ-FE
G52 5 Speed
Twin stock 2.28:1 Dual - Marlin Adaptor
Rear axle will be a 06 Hilux 63" wide, 4.88 with ARB Locker
Front axle will be one of our custom housings, built 63" WMS with ARB, long fields with custom short side axle and all the regular gear
Rear suspension will be our custom 57" leafs
Front suspension will be RUF
Fox 2.0" Remote Resi shocks all round
35" Good Year Kevlar MTRs
Double bobbed tub with standard issue bar work.

Thats all, work will start during the week.

I hope those 05' and newer rear ends are built better than 95-04 stuff is.

There made in thailand 

But no they have prooved to still be up to the task over here.

Bought 4 x 35"x12.5R15 on -22 15x8's for $950 last night so that the tyres covered.

Going to be using a different chassis now little bit to much to be done on this one.
