can anyone identify this shockmount?

Also, more pics to come, had trouble e-mailing them on my grandparents' computer, but I got 15 different pictures.

thanks, I just wish it ran, but it's kinda hard to start with a rod through the block, but I got another engine last night that needs a head gasket, so I'll be fixing that & dropping it in
