Biggest complaint I've heard about their springs, is that fact that they will settle out bad.  And some even look like a "S" when they are done.

I'd remove all of them and throw them in the scrap pile.

they are made in China,   drive on them they will go from 5 inch springs to stock soon enough

shitlbuffout-A saying among 4x4 and off road enthusiasts. Its said after damage normally cosmetic to minor parts damage has occurred on there rig or vehicle. Shitlbuffout is :pokinit: will buff out as in the :pokinit: being the damage will buff as in painted over cleaned polished or "buffed" out.

The biggest reason most springs bend or end up looking "S" shaped is the lack of a proper bumpstop. When you build a rig some people don't factor in that if you flex out the main leaf beyond flat you are ruining the springs. Some spring suppliers do start with inferior grade material from unreliable sources but even a good spring will bend if pushed beyond flat. Those unreliable sources are guaranteed to bend in one outing when subjected to this stress and weaken the main leaf giving the feeling it has just settled when you have actually damaged the spring and it will eventually break the main leaf. Quality made main springs will rebound for the most part but eventually they will also bend creating the "S" shape. If your spring settles some that is normal and they should not have any bends of the "S" look, a visible "S" means bent not settling. Flattening of a main spring would be normal settling anything else is just bent. Also any improper removal or addition of any leaf in a pack can actually bend the main leaf too. They were built as designed. If you decide to remove leafs start with the smallest, but one thing to remember is that you want to try to keep the stack even, if you leave longer gaps and shorter gaps you can bend leafs supporting the longer gaps.

Bump stops for sure. Some parts become consumables when they take that much stress.

Ha run em. They will flatten out quick. My 3 inch all poops are now -1 inch. I just built some RUF'S and should be way better.

does anyone know if the older 3" TG springs are made better? cause I have them on my truck and they are pretty old but they still have plenty of arch and are not at all S shaped. also I dont even run bumpstops.
