My buddy Jeremiah (used to own the red turbo 4Runner) has been itching to get out and test his new build. He built a 3rd Gen 4Runner and hadn't gotten to take it out on the rocks yet. I called Jeff last minute to see if he wanted to get out of his garage crawler status
I also invited Cory and another buddy Robert.
We were greeted with great weather in BV all day! The high was close to 50 degrees. Not bad for mid January in CO. Too bad the mountains need this snow though. We started @ 10:30 and got back to the parking lot @ 3:30. We took our time, took some pictures and video and enjoyed the day. No traffic on the trail until we got to the stair steps towards the end.
I also took quite a bit of video with the GoPro. I'll try and edit that up when I can.
Picture didn't turn out quite the way I wanted it but it's hard to drive and shoot pics at the same time.

Can't even call it Squeeze Rock anymore but the photo op is a good one
Been a while since Jeff has seen some dirt. It was good to get him out!

Why I love wheeling so much!
There was still alittle snow on the trail. Didn't even affect us except for us making the left line at Whale Rock.
Cory navigating the whoops.
I tried the left line at the Rock Pile. I made it a year ago. It's dug out big time now. Worth a shot to try
And round the easier way for me
Such a well built, clean 4Runner
Robert showing his flex
The only really slick part of the trail. DIRTCO made it no problems up the middle line.
CUbuff4Runner posing after Whale Rock. His 4Runner flexes good for leaf springs!
CrankyCrawler up the middle line
Posing as well
Jeff up the big ledge before the stair steps.
Cory up the left line on the stair steps.
On our way out
