sorry for not posting up sooner.  been super busy.  So i called both stations when I got to bakersfield on friday, I had leave messages with both and wait for a call back for someone to come out, which they never did.  Also, the guy that was supposed to get me an exact address wasn't able to for whatever reason, so i'm still at nothing with this.  i feel like i'm beating a dead horse with this.  doesn't seem like anyone really cares or wants to put in any effort to try to find this guy, including the pd.  this is two weeks old already.  don't know what to do now.  any suggestions?

It is horrable that our society has came to this!
people steal, cops dont do anything, and you would be the one who goes to jail if you took matters into your hands.
it really sounds like that would have been a good lead.
just to much matches, although I doubt he would have at his house for a while.

last march i had both my civic and my crawler broken into and the punks stole all my change out of ash trays and cds and the players out of both vehicles.  even stole my shift nobs.  i called the sheriff and they didnt really care and i called back about a week later and suggested that if the law cant help us then the sheriff might start finding people taking it into their own hands.  i told him that the next phone call i make is somebody is laying in the street unconscious  badly beaten.          this last november  they caught them after more patrolling and talking to various people.    never got my :pokinit: back but they were caught and in the county hotel  i know they had their faces smashed into metal toilets.

good luck with finding your stuff but sad to say its probley gone.   start a donation for the church to start to rebuild it lost items for the community.  i can see a spaghetti feed or something in those lines.
