How big of hole do you cut in the frame what size? I'm going to use a cutting bit

iirc 1 3/4, ill check my jigs tomorrow. I know that some frame tubes have a larger od than others. Where did you order yours from?

I ordered from trail gear I know I don't need to be bashed but on the east coast where I'm at there isn't  many trails and I'm flat broke in high school and work one day a weeks

i tried to use my holesaw set but it wouldnt cut through my frame i just set up my jigs and traced them and torched away came out nice check my build trhread one of the last 2 pages its in my sig.

trail gear actually sells good tubes, other vendors sell worse, trust me

Ive done it with a holesaw, and with a torch, both have their perks. Are you doing it with a 1/4 inch rod inside the holesaw for guide, like shown on pirate4x4?

 i used a 1 3/4 hole saw for mine and it worked great

shitlbuffout-A saying among 4x4 and off road enthusiasts. Its said after damage normally cosmetic to minor parts damage has occurred on there rig or vehicle. Shitlbuffout is :pokinit: will buff out as in the :pokinit: being the damage will buff as in painted over cleaned polished or "buffed" out.

 i got the jigs and just a regular hole saw

grab some 1/4 steel rod, dril a 1/4 inch hole dead center of your hole on both side, stick rod into middle of holesaw, stick in and will guide your cut and make it 10x easier on you
