2005 dodge 2500 qcsb cummins $3500

Just checking to see what the interest would be in for a 2005 Dodge 2500 quad cab short bed 2wd cummins.

Its is my bosses who bought it new and as of a couple weeks ago ran great but started having some engine trouble and took it to his mechanic and said it needs new pistons, some machine work done to the block and i think 1 of the cylinders re-sleeved. He says it runs but blows white smoke.

Its an slt with power everything.
Auto trans that shifts great, AAM 11.5 rearend
Never had a chip, intake or exhaust. as stock as it gets.
Newer e rated bfgs bougt within the lat year.
Its like a burgundy color with tan cloth interior.
Interior is in good shape and the exterior has a couple ding in it but not bad for 140k miles.


Overall it has been a good truck but he doesnt want to spend the 12k-14k the shop quoted him to fix it. (Which i think is a joke). He also doesnt want to spend the time looking for a used motor and swapping it. He wants an eco boost f150.

$3500 Located In Az. I could part it out for probably more but that takes to damn long. Great truck for someone who is good with diesels or who wants to swap in another motor.
