Which clutch release bearing/fork?

Ok, so I pulled out my first transmisson (yeay) -- an L50 from an '82 pickup

I'm about to put a used L50 replacement back in its place, but am wondering about which release bearing/fork I should use...

Pictured below are the release bearings and forks from A) old transmission and B) the replacement.
B) looks exactly the same as what I see in the factory service manual. The fork seems heavier, the bearing simpler.
A) was probably replaced somewhere along the way. feels a little flimsy, but appears newer and a little more high tech.

Question is -- which should I use??



Not sure if it matters but here's a picture of the clutch installed by the previous owner --

Went with bearing in A and fork from B. Didn't want to wait for the missing clips in B

Is B the type that has the cast sleeve with the press on bearing? I would save it in case you or a bud may ever need one.

Yes, B is definitely cast iron -- saving it for sure.
