suspention:
front tg 4" lift
rear 63" chevy's custom shackles pro comp shocks all around

37-12.5-15 irok radials 60+% tread matching spare 85% aluminum wheels black steelie on spare

extras:
60in. highlft, spare set front axles and birfs one is a marfield, 2 u- joints, extra 6" shacles, small rear diff armor, rear chromo axles new, 6in. ram hoses and fittings for hydro assist from surplus center. 5 quarts of oil and filter, fluid for on the trail. ryno lined interior.

the good:
the truck works awsome and has great flex. I have had the truck for 5 years building it and have only had it to the rubicon 3 times and fordyce once so the truck is barely used. went through both trails no problem. engine rebuilt 2000 miles ago, front diff new rest of front has 2 runs. truck is street legal with removable mud flaps. smogs in california.

the bad:
since i don't have the time for it there are a few things that need some love. all 4 tie rod ends are shot and need to be replaced. I have 4 new rod ends for it. need turn down on the exhaust. and the really bad: on my last trip to the con i sheared 2 bolts off the knuckle and the steering arm pulled up the other 2 and stripped the knuckle so the driver knuckle needs to be replaced.

the truck runs great and is in pretty good shape, a few dents in the extra cab. will do 65 comfortably. I may be forgetting some things. asking 6000 obo. or partial trades. 4runner stock or built. firearms. may long travel my 97 tacoma, so fiberglass, suspension seats and harnesses, air bumps 4", 8" coilover or bypass shocks, HIDs. located in truckee, ca
here are some pics http://s1107.photobucket.com/albums/h383/jgif84/truck/

MT yota

brookspage

Not sure what he gets but my 85 gets any where between 15 -17 mpg . Still can go on a full tank of drving trails.

Stats : 85 Toyota 22RE , 3" body lift, 32" wild country's, Duel Marlin, Lock rights front and rear, full inside cage.

I drive , I wheel , I crawl , I am Toyota

MT yota

when it was on 35's it was 15+ not sure now. went 40 miles to the rubicon, into bucks and back with over 1/4 tank left.

brookspage

thats not too bad.  so i saw it might need a drivers side nuckle.  any other big needs it needs

MT yota

the knuckle, the tie rod end all need to be replaced. I have 2 new left and 2 new right thread ends. probably could use shocks all the way around. pass door works fine but is one big dent. will throw in $350 for some six shooters if it will help. it's painted with rattle can, not bad but still rattle can.

brookspage

oakie paint means i wouldnt cry to scratch it

MT yota

that's how I felt about it too.
so what do you think... interested?
I would be pretty happy to get this off before winter.

brookspage

very intrested im just trying to be cautious.  just making sure its a smart move.  i drive this runner to work and back home everyday and its 75 miles every day.   how do you think it would do for my commute.   :turtle3:

MT yota

it won't be the nice ride of the 4runner but it will do decent. I drove it from truckee to reno and back 5 days a week about 70 miles until a year ago. since then i have done nothing to affect the ride, just took the spool out of the rear and put in a detroit (should improve the drive) and rebuilt the motor. I won't say it is a stock ride, but it does pretty well. no wobbles.

md_530

wanna sell that spare ?

I thought that truck looked familiar, i like that thing, looks good. I may trade the truck so I want to keep them together. if it doesn't happen I may try to trade back down to 35s. if that happens, depending what I can get I may split it. check with me in a few weeks if you are still looking.

md_530

Alright sounds good. thanks
