New project and need some advise

So I just picked up a stock 85 pickup. Its got 279k on the ticker (but it was pulled behind a rv so not all miles are driven) new clutch and a complete rebuilt engine. Got it for $2500 which from what I am seeing is a great deal!! So now the budget build has started! I am new to this so I need some help.
I want to start with a lift...something that I can run 35's with. What is the best way to lift it while staying relatively inexpensive. Can I get some advise on what to get?!!? Thanks guys!
