What's up guys. I'm Jeff from so cal.
I currently own a 97 XJ.

I owned an XJ before but it was a 87 and it gave lots of suspension problems. I ended up picking up the 97 for $1500. It had a full lift, brand new 33in AT tires which i sold because i had 33" muds which i like better, HID headlights, Borla headers, full system inside, intake, and other goodies which added up to $1500 alone not including the Jeep. The catch was that it had a knock in the motor. We tore the motor out and $3,000 later i have a 4.6 stroker with a bunch of new stuff that i replaced while the motor was out. After that 3 month nightmare i have the Jeep up and going again and it still has minor issues that need to be sorted out. Right now i probably have around 2500 miles on the new motor and its running great.

After helping a good friend of mine with his 4runner i have really come to like them. The best point is that they have a full frame and not a unibody!
I will definitely be leaving behind a lot of motor
I would definitely buy a 3rd gen with the 3.4 in it.

Well i am here and will be lurking around checking out builds. Hopefully one day next year i will be the owner of a 4runner. I really love my Jeep but i feel like i am ready for a new project. I always have to have some type of project going!
