new guy in the house
« on: Oct 16, 2011, 10:40:58 PM »
i had posted another thread but i missed this part anyhow my name is Jarell and I will be honest I dont drive a toyota i have a land rover ( i know wrong airspace) 8) however i will be running some toyota gear such as the v6 Rear diff and toy axles and a E locker. I have mad love and respect of the yotas and for the most the feeling are mutual. the truck is lifted 6" over stock with non land rover parts. Im here to learn new things and have a blast with the marlin crawler crowd.  :smokin:

heres my truck.

its a different color now.lol

thanks and yes i will be running a toyota v6 diff with e locker. there is a company called "rovertracks" that makes toyota axles that fit into rover housings in the rear however whats different is that the axles and made to fit the 5 bolt pattern of the rover wheels and because the rear diff is offset in the rover where as the toy is in center so the axles are made long axle shaft and short axle shaft.  Also in the Front of the rovers the axle casings are pretty much identical to toyota axles casings with the difference being that the steering bar is behind the diff rather than in front.

:welcome:  toyrova!   Were you the one that my buddy talked to the other day at the gas station? He had the lifted white 4Runner. Don't know if he told you he was on here or not. He goes by Tallchevy.  I'm the one he said could do your gears/locker when you're ready.
