So i've been doing some research on this new supplement called Force Factor, it's a nitric oxide supplement that helps build strength and stamina in your work out.

It basically helps fight fatigue and has been proven to have great results for professional athletes. According to studies it can have major side effects if taken incorrectly.

Wondering if anyone has any personal experiance with this product and what your results have been?

I've been on/off the gym for the past 15 years and am going on about 9 months back. Getting to the point where i'm thinking about taking supplements again.. just not commited yet.

Nor have I made my mind up on what exact supplements I would want to take.

Here's some reading material for anyone who's thinking about it as well.

Anyone have info on the types of supplements you take i'm all ears as well.

I had originally planned on just starting a protein supplement to gain some mass but not sure if I wanna go that route anymore.

I work out 6 to seven days a week.  I have tried the more expensive NO's on the market, and the cheaper one from Walmart.  If you look on the back of the product itself, look for the mg's in it to see how much is in it, at how many pills you need to take.  I started to use it and it does help, but if you use creatine as well, cycle it also.  I started to seriously work out about 5 years ago, and went from 185 pounds to 235 pounds on just that and protein.  I work out like 2 hours each day, but supplements help.  I used to work at a  nutrition shop part time as well while going through college, so if you have any other questions, feel free to ask,

been working out for 10 years off and on, nothing serious.
honestly I have tryed near everything walmart and gnc sells.
when I was 18 I tryed Dbol and anadrol, I kno I kno, no lectures please!
anyways non of it helps as much as a really good food plan.
NO sweets, soda, processed foods, nothing that goes in the microwave.
no fast food, theres alot more.
get atleast 7 hrs sleep 8-9 is best
no morning sex, lol

if you do all the above you will feel better and have more energy than any legal or illiegal supplements.

a friend of mine does test400 and is BIG but once hes clean for a week you can really see him loose muscle.

I have been working out (free weights) again for 2 months and have gained 12 pounds and look skinnier. I go 1hr 4-5 times a week

went from 16" arms to 17 1/2,, not much but my chest has really gotten bigger.
no help this time!
I doin 185 20 times, trying to lean up

I can't take creatine, I think I over did it back in the day... if I take even one serving i'm pissing needles.

Quoteanyways non of it helps as much as a really good food plan.
NO sweets, soda, processed foods, nothing that goes in the microwave.
no fast food, theres alot more.

I'm trying so hard w/ this but it's very difficult for me. I've cut out drinking soda every day.. and only eat sweets on occasion when we go out to eat somewere.

Microwave food's difficult because I don't have much time for lunch so it's quick and easy... and fast food is the worst for me... like a drug!  I'm only eating fast good maybe twice a week which is a huge improvement.. I have noticed alot of energy and alot less pain in random spots.

its crazy how much those simple things help.
also for an energy and stamina boost do 2 sets of 50 leg ups in the morning
put a bench on incline lay all the way up and lift your legs, kinda like a backwards situps
