California lemon law expectations

I have been having numerous issues with my 2008 truck (about 12 times in the shop ffor the same issue since I bought it).  I filed the Lemon Law paperwork and I was contacted by the manufacturer last Friday and told that they wanted to buy my truck back under Lemon Law.  I have read that they need to reimburse me of all money paid into the truck and pay off the remainder of my loan on it or provide me with a suitable new replacement. 

This is a california truck.  I was wondering if anyone else has been through this and what to ask/expect when I go back to the dealer.  Thanks.
