Hey Guys,
My truck has a rough idle.  When I first got the truck I had to swap the headgasket.  Afterwards it had a slightly rough idle.
I took it to toyota and they said i had a bad injector and something like oil is getting on the sparkplug.
I think they said I need new rings or something.  All that sounds great but here is my dilema.

1. I'm a college student with little funds.
2. Should I use  toyoyta injectors or are there any quality brands? (Where to purchase?)
3. What should I do about the oil on the sparkplugs / rings?
4. Since I will be replacing the injectors, what else should be replaced in that area?

you need to run a compression test and see what you have on each cyl,

eddybaboy, why dont you unplug each injector one at a time.  While your unpluging injectors ( one at a time) look for the one that dosn't produce any rpm change. That will tell you which if any injector is bad.  Remember, that a bad connection or other wiring problems may cause the injector not to work.  Hope this helps you out!

also check the injector 'o' rings, they crack and can cause a vaccum leak
