I have heard from many of you that the MCR9 raffle procedures e.g. picking tickets out of a box and multi colored tickets were a BAD idea.  :smack: So, in an effort to solve this problem we have come up with this solution.

Tickets will all be one color
Tickets will be sold in pre-packed sets of 5
There will be no "end of roll" last minute sales
I found an awesome raffle ticket drum so there will be no more "left at the bottom of the box" tickets.  :)

Thank you to all of you for sharing your :twocents:

We are working hard to make this the best Round-Up yet!  :turtle:

Have a suggestion? Please let me know.  :) We will take them into consideration and fix what we can. We want this to be enjoyable for all and, since this is my first MCR, run as smoothly as possible!  :eyebrow:

Cool, but will they be saling tickets after sunset?
or can we pre order?

My only complaint from a few years ago (Might be different now, especially with a new drum) was that the person spinning the drum was barely mixing it up before the next ticket was drawn, at MCR7 several people won more than 1 prize each, some even 2 or 3. Otherwise sounds like you are on the right track.

I'm not sure what time we will start selling the tickets but it will probably be when Christine demands it. :bat:  :) We do have proper cash boxes this year and will be better organized so please bear with us if it takes a bit longer to buy the tickets. :circle: Tickets will be sold on site like last year no pre-orders, sorry.

There will be a small raffle drum for the grand prize drawing and a separate drum for the main drawing.  :turtle:

Yea, I will make sure we spin that drum.  ;)

Ha! Yea, I really like that hat. Too bad there are only a couple weeks out of the year I can wear it down here.  :circle: I am trying hard to please everyone and get the raffle to run a smooth as possible.  8)
