22RE swap

My Friends brother has a 1982 toyota pickup... His cousin just totalled a 1982 toyota celica with a 22RE... He needs help with this swap and i was wondering how hard would it be to do this swap and what do i need to do?

sure it's not an '83?  that was the first year of the 22RE.
