I could have sworn that someone here said you could replace the valvesprings on a 22R engine by sliding the rocker arms over so you don't have to remove the rocker arm assembly (thereby loosening the head bolts)..............
I'm adjusting my valves (and RTVing the half-moon plugs) so I wanted to see if it could be done.
For the life of me, I can't see HOW it can be done.
The rocker arm will slide a little ways over, but never clears the valve spring as it hits the rockerarm on the other side (Intake hits exhaust rocker arm or vice-versa).
What am I missing?
