this question is directed at mike or chris but if any one else has any info it would be helpfull.
I am looking at getting a 97 4runner v6 5 spd and 4x4, what i wondering is if marlin's sas kit will work on it. i looking at one for a little bit and the only realy problem the i could see was that the crosmember the the front hanger attaces to is in a different place. i would wondering if i could just weld on a piece of square tubing and go from there with the kit. any information would be really helpfull.

thanks
geoff

Steve Schaefer is going to SAS his 99 on Feb 2nd.  You can watch him to it on his webcam:

He's using a waggy D44.

I'm not sure, but I think he's keeping the coils.  He said he's going to go for around 3 inches of lift so that's probably pretty close to where he is now.

ok, another couple of questions. Does any one know where to get cheap wagoneer springs? Im looking for just the springs. Are they 56" long, are they the same with as toyota springs, ie. will marlin/front range shackles and u-bolts fit on them? Do you use two sets of rear springs or front and rear?
