    I can't say from first hand experience but I have had enough guys tell me you can definetly feel the difference.
And even fake eventually sags too, from what I have heard tell you have to have them 'refreshed' about every 10 years or it ends up looking like a water balloon in a tube sock.

  Hey ya old grumpy goat...   I think you had better rethink that staement.. Men have been using plastic to make themselfs more attractive to women longer then women have been using plastic.. It's just that the plastic the men use goes in their pants and is call Master card, American Express, or Visa.
