1988 Xtra Cab long bed 2wd

A buddy of mine asked if I could help him out.  His son has a 1988 Toyota ext cab longbed Truck, 2wd with about 195k miles.  Runs good with the original 22R carb motor.  The truck is in New Mexico.  If anyone is interested I think he is starting the asking price at 2K.  Any question drop me a line at [email protected].

Is it a long bed or a short bed?  I thought 84-88 extra cabs only came in short beds?

I've seen 3 2wd X-cab longbeds here. A LOT longer than usual, throws you off at first.

They're actually a lot more common than you would think.  I actually want one for a bike hauler, but all the Laosians(sp) have them around here, and once they get a toyota they don't let it go,    Nate

I've seen 3 2wd X-cab longbeds here. A LOT longer than usual, throws you off at first.

Ever watch king of the hill?  Kahn, the next door neighbor.  "We're laosian dumbass(laotian maybe), from laose stupid"  The asians I see come to work in waves, almost like work shifts, to take tons of the fish out of the lake.  It's pronounced lae-ocean, just not terribly sure how it's spelled.  And before anybody thinks I'm racist, I have an adopted sister from korea, I just don't appreciate how our country bows down to others and offers them the best welfare system we have goin, buys them businesses and nicer toyotas than I own.     Nate
