1971 ford tow rig

Well I got a 71 ford long bed pickup and I got it half way done with a 4x4 transition and it's got a 390 do u guys got any info for gears I should run I already got a sterling rear axel witch I guess is good so ya gears and tires

you could tow with stock gears! its got the 390. does it even run?
