Can someone school me on what Re-pubic-ans are gonna run for President in 2012? My biggest fear is that we won't have a real leader and Nobama will landslide it.

Huckabee, Romney, Palin... Who else? I haven't been following who will be running so please pardon my ignorance. Does anyone know if Ron Paul is gonna step up?

Donald Trump is considering a run and says he'll spend $600 million of his own money.

Buying a political office isn't always successful, though... just ask Meg Whitman.

The people I would like to see run...I don't want to run. They can do more good in their states or in Congress.

No, I did not say I want him as president, or even that I want him to run. I only said he is considering it....

Not sure who I'd like to see in there. It's rare to find anyone who is actually qualified, rarer still to find a qualified person who wants the job.

If Mit Romney can get past the primaries after explaining why he passed the disasterous state run healthcare in Massechusets he would be the lead candidate. 

Newt Gingrich, Tim Pawlenty (Minnesota Governor), Mitch Daniels.


Look for someone like Florida Senator Marco Rubio or Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal as VP.


I really Like Charlie Christ of New Jersey because he tells it like it is and don't give a crap what people think about it but he has said countless times he has not desire to be president.  Given his "tell it like it is" attitude I tend to believe him.

The last 4 or 5 you mentioned are exactly the ones I want to wait a while...there is much more they can do in other positions. Gov. Christ, Jindal, Rubio, Ryan, Bachman are the next gen. Hell, I can't see obama getting reelected. He's just too much of a candy ass, too left for the majority...once they pulled their heads out of their butts and looked at who he really is. McCain  :puke: might even win if it was to do over.

Yes but Obama has already begun his campaign by moving to the right....and people fall for that crap every time.      It began the day he made the speech after that Arizona Senator was shot.  Then he decided to continue the trials for the guantanamo prisoners instead of closing it down.    Every political move he has made in the past 4 months had been to lure back the independent voters.

I would like Jan Brewer to run for President. I think overall, she has a very level headed approach to politics based on logic.

i'd be down with M. Bachmann for some reason, at least at this point. i have yet to do my typical crazy in depth research. but it's def not the same reason i was down for palin!     :eyebrow:    ha ha ha

i think it's great how the trump man is calling obama osama out on his birth cert! i love how we all just forget so soon as a soceity. what a bunch of idiots as PIG's (people in general) we are. that man is a dam crook in my opinion. it should be funny to see all the BS that comes out in the next few years about him!! people will be shocked!     :shocking:

The bottom line for me is: Who ever runs against Obama is the person i will be voting for!
