Nice work. It's pretty cool to see a 92 with a carburetor!

I have the 48" springs; the P-Comps had an inch difference when I removed them... so worn the F out. Awesome. So far it looks like the axle will be about 3" forward from stock; hard to tell without tires/engine for weight.

Love the wheeling/snow/stuck pics; they feel really familiar somehow...

Those 48" springs should be super nice for you.
I can't see your pics on my computer, if there is something you need help with during the swap let me know.

Come on man we're going to need some progress reports here...

They open Thain this weekend you'd better get on it!

So Josh was going to cancell the cross county rally for lack of interest because nobody but him has a car built yet.   Lame!

I took the liberty of telling him we would both race in our Toyotas...

Got my shock tubes bent and welded on yesterday.
Using my Rough Country shocks from the 83 toyota.  They are for a rig with 6-8" of lift, I think they have like 12" stroke or something like that.  They should work fine for what I am doing with the truck.

Also, our local artist wanted to paint up my valve cover, and this is how it looks now.  Pretty fancy.
He does really nice art work and has a website.  If you want to check it out or are into really good wild life Art,

Started Building a bumper.  The goal is something like the ARB since I have a whole pile of 1/8" Plate in the shop that has been asking to be fabed into something.

Started by building a mount for the winch out of 1/4" and 3/8" steel.

I fit all the plate up with full open corners for a nice penetrating weld and good look when ground clean.

All the open corners welded together in these photos

I am pretty thrilled with how the bumper is turning out.

You need to post a photo of that engine back in the compartment.

Ursus21

Well since I'm not patient enough to wait for you to post, I will post a photo of your project. I snapped this pic of your truck on my way home from work yesterday. Looks like it is coming along great and it looks a sight lot better than when I sold it to you!
