finally decided to start my build.

Things that i have done.
1. 4.7 gears installed
2. 5.29 gears
3. 4 inch lift
4. twin stick
5. square drive shaft
6. new shocks
7.  35.12.5.15 mtrs
8. front locker lockrite.
9. hysteer
Things i need to do.
i still need to cut off the brackets on the front axel and then weld on truss.
and i also need to install my rear springs.

nope no 4 wheel drive on the road and yes its a  rear bumper

Hey bro that's a sweet rig. I'm new to this just wanted to ask cause I have an 83 do I need a ifs steering box to put hi-steer on my truck? My bad if that's a dumb question.

yes it does i have a single case with 4.7 and 5.29 gears so im crawling at about 97to1 which is good for me.

i vote square front shaft since you do not need 4wd at hight speeds

lol good idea when you dont need it at highspeeds all the slip you could need and strong as an ox

If you run a bead down all 4 sides (male half) it'll quiet down the clank-clank-clank too. Made mine outta .25" wall 2x2 and 2.5x2.5 receiver tubing, didn't take too long... coulpe of hours at a slow-ish pace.

i run my square tube at speeds all the time and it dosent shake hardly at all

got my front shocks yesterday and installed them tomorrow we are going on a snow run im going to be just a passenger i should have pics up of the run by Monday.

went to walker valley WA today had a great the rig i was riding along with we had to cut out short because the power steering went out.
