Hello everybody.

I was just wondering what you think about the Procomp 4" IFS lift kit mountes on a -90 Hilux Xcab.
I'm looking into both positive and negative experiences with this now.

As far as I can se the main issue in the US is a SAS and most pictures of Toy's are with trucks with the SAS.

Thanks !

Which version are you considering?  The Stage-1 or the Stage-2?  They are different animals.

I had a friend who ran the Stage 2 and liked it.  The kicker braces help keep the front end intact.  I'm not a fan of their bolt-together-crossmember designs, but Stage-2 is definitely strong.  Personally, I would consider Stage-2 ONLY if you aresold on Procomp.

If you have not made up your mind on which kit to run, also consider SuperLift, SkyJacker and TuffCountry.  All three has one-piece front crossmembers, which I consider to be much stronger than the 3-piece design.  To the best of my knowledge, none of these three come with kicker braces (I Know the superlift doesn't), so that's a consideration as well.

I've been happy with my stage 2.  The nice thing about the pro comp is mine came with a 4" lift skidplate as well.  My friends didnt and i think he did superlift.   You need the skidplate though, cause without it, some engine components are exposed.
