Did u just drop it on and go? Play with jets and timing at all?

The weber is one of the hardest carbs to get running right, but once you do it runs great. But its still a pain in the butt. Hence why I'm putting a 3rz in now lol.

Good luck and nice little truck!

As far as the blinkers and lights not working. Follow the harness from the front of the cab back. My guess is the wires have been cut somewhere. Pick up a cheap test light and check for power at the bulbs. If they have power, then you know your lights aren't being grounded.

Its very cool your dad is helping you out and your boy toy  has a toyota as well. My father doesn't even know what a solid axle is.
haha my boyfriend thinks theres gonna be a 3rz swap down the road lol
my blinkers stopped working randomly. first they worked great for a while and then they didnt work then we jiggled the connector and then they worked so i have no idea lol

Got a little done today

Put in the back carpet

And put the tilt column in. Blinkers, hazards, and wipers still dont work  :rivers:

Gonna take my seats to a buddies tomorrow to have him cut off some welds so I can put them in the stock holes.

What kind of tires you looking for?  Cause my BIL took some 33's off his truck.  They are Les Schwab mud terrains.  About 80% tread, and brand new solid aluminum 15x8 wheels, Ultra 61's.   Plus a spare 33" mounted.  He wants $800 for the complete set.  Can get pictures if interested.

Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!

4THEWKN~9/17/2006  If it wasn't for you, I'd be driving something other than a Toyota!
