35 or 37 for dd and wheeling equally???

I am building my rig soon and am going to be driving it everyday and have ran 37's in the past and loved the size.. the truck is a 91 extended cab 22re, getting arb's front and rear, 5:29's, SAS, duals.. the whole nine yards... So my question is i am debating between the toyo m/t 37 or the mtr kevlar 35... I am going to be driving everyday on the street and want a good tire that will last but still perform on the trail on the weekends, ALSO MPG is a big factor with the decision between the 35 and 37, will i notice a very big difference with the mpg? Also will i notive a big difference wheeling between the 35 and 37? Thanks guys, look forward to hearing your feedback!!

Dunno about 35 or 37, but Ive run 36 tsls and iroks on my 88 22re 5 seped 410 runner sased, and I get around 16 in town, 18 highway. They do just fine offroad.

Ive ran a few sets different tires; 39.5" iroks, 33" trxus mt's, 31" bfg at's, 35" bfg mt's, 36" tsl sx, 35" old dunlop mt's, pro comp xterrains, and now 37" toyo mt's.

The toyos are an awesome road tire and ive been pretty happy with them offroad.  Still not as good as the iroks or the trxus's were offroad but still better than the others ive ran.  Definitly better on road but the trxus and bfgs were good too.

As far as mpg is concerned i couldnt give you a definite answer because its going to vary for each rig, but i believd my mileage did go down with the toyos cause they are bigger and do weigh quite a bit more.

My piece of advice would be to stay away from a soft tire if you want them to last long.
Toyos are a good choice and i would personally try the mtr's.  I think either choice would be good

im running 37mtrs with a 4.3 and get 14in town and 22 on the freeway

goodyear doesn't make a 37 for a 15 inch rim in the mtr

I'm running 37" toyo's on my 93 22re. It's very quiet on pavement and performs great on the rocks.

I'm running 35" BFG's on my 83 and like them.  Then again they were on there when i bought it.

haven't really paid attention to the actual #'s but a full tank will last 7 days commuting to work and that's 20 miles round trip.

im runnin 35" Maxxis Trepadors on my DD with 4.88 22RE-T about 18 City and 20 Highway. recently ive gone 45 miles on 1.5 gallons.

The last time I owned anything with a 22re I remember very clearly the disappointment going from 35's to 37's.  That was on a first gen. 4Runner with 5.29's and it was amazing what a difference it made re: both mileage and drivability.  I went from 35" Interco MT's to 37" Krawlers fwiw...huge difference on anything resembling a hill.

I am running 35X12.5X15 MTR's and love them. They are good on the trail and good on the freeway. I have run a lot of different tires and if this is going to be dd all I can say is stay away from interco tires great off road bad on road just my opinion.
