IMNSHO...anything the government takes for someone to give to another is welfare.


I was happy to see this report...I'm sure the litigation won't be anywhere near over by the time it's supposed to kick in!

I don't see how this could not be true. However, three Federal courts have ruled in favor of Obama's position so far. Maybe the Supreme Court has a better grip on what is permitted under the Constitution and what is not.

Goddam right!  Since this all came about, I've said I and nobody else should be forced to purchase something they don't want and can't afford, so I'm very glad to see somebody high up has the sense to see how idiotic such a law is!

I hate obama and can't wait till he's out of office. He has done nothing good for us. I can't believe people still like him. Lets just lie to every one jack up taxes, so he can go on a million dollar vaction.

ya,if anyone of you believe obama is doing the right thing... thats pretty god awful. my brother in iraq an all those troops are the ones paying the price, not us. who cares about taxes. my brother an alot of troops were supposed to be pulled from iraq says obama... but what happened that no one knows about. he sent more an jacked up the taxs an couldnt afford it an soon enough we might be in a crisis due to it... ya. almost every single military personel i talk to (brother included) are anti-obama. so i say the heck with him an bring my brothers home! not to mention he already went back on about 5 things he said he would do

Here's another thing I hated about what Obama did when he took office.....before obama, I was paying about 200 worth of federal tax every two weeks. he came in, I paid 75.00! luckily i caught it and requested to have additional 100 taken out of my check by filling out a new w4. my tax gal said if I didn't make the adjustment, I would had to pay back forsure.....

DAMN IT, IT AINT BROKE DO GO TRYING TO FIX IT OBAMA! Almost Osama...dam scary if you aske me.
