just curios, but it looks like trans points opposite way, does thi reverse your shift pattern, ie rev being where 1st norm is? Also, do you run a normal drivetrain, just flipped around pretty much, with front output going to rear axle? offset?

:smack: looks auto, but still wonderin about if u just flipped drivetrain and have front output pushin rear? And if so, did you beef it up at all? Curious cause this is way different than anything you usually see.

I likewise saw it recently on Pirate and I am impressed to say the least. Can't wait to see this one finished.

I would hope he used something like supra 8" diffs? as they would just be a little more beef then IFS diffs, as well as he SHOULD be able to set them up to run reverse cut gears? also could run ARB or other locking diffs running an 8" supra diff?
Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

what will they run for lockers? and are they gonna run reverse cut gears for a regular LC HP front end?

Im digging the torsion bars, floating air bumps and are those air shocks? or just regular shocks? does the tortion bars do all the work?

TAGGED!

should be very interesting.

questions: i see a torsion system. have you figured your spring rate yet? just seems like alot of stress on them with that long of an arm. are those the diffs your planning on using or just mock up?

we are actually making 3 of these...one tundra v8/automatic, one 22r 5 speed and one 5 speed ls-1/truck bodied...Supra diffs on the v8 cars, IFS 7.5 on the 22r propane powered one....im making new hub/spindle design right now...my car uses the torsions with 3 tube by-pass/emusion/air bump...22r car uses torsions as well...with bilstein 5100 shocks.
