its kinda funny right now, the rear end, one side is on 31s and 63" chevies, other side is on 35s with stock rears and an eight inch plus shackle, the side with the 31 is so much higher its got the front end tilted

Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

I been slacking some on getting work done. Bog and I pulled off the bed today. got the gas tank moved out of the way and here in about 40 mins are gonna start laying down some welds and hopefully get the rear suspension buttoned up tonight minus shocks, and get the bed back on. still have not got my injector put in or even the front u bolts tightened down. body lift will be staying till next weekend or the weekend after as i have to use my truck as a truck sometime this next week for a dump run and to help some one move some stuff across town. here is some pictures with the bed off....



and thanks to bog for helping me so much on this pile of :pokinit:. I swear I'm not gonna trade this truck off for at least 5 years or try to keep it once that time comes. maybe start looking for a 2wd frame to start on linking and keep it way low.

yeah its suprizing, but according to my ghetto carfax its only been on the coast 2 years. spent most its life inland up in wa, and portland boucing back and forth. beds back on now. rear end is buttoned up almost just gotta flip a shackle and bushing pin around and it will be good, and bolt the bed down all the way.

wow can't believe I'm on page 3 and still have tons left to do. Its driving again. got only 1 picture right now stupid cell phone keeps locking up and the girlfriend will not let me take the camera out any more after i got sand in it last time lol. AND BOG, JAY WATCHED THE SHOCK I'M NOT FULLY FLEXED I GOT LIKE 1" SHOCK LEFT JUST SO YOU KNOW LOL. LOCKER DOES GREAT IN THE LIGHT sand we went though at the north jetty.

yup yup, gonan get injector in tonight. or start to got the heater cranked in the garage and motor cooling down. motor mounts will be done soon though, once i get a good deal on steel. 1/4" should never break.

 :driving: got injectors working great, went for a 1am road race lol. before i felt like i was driving a geo or something slower, not i feel like im driving a freaking funny car lol. more work done. sucks though had a broken stud in intake, far one back by the firewall, and my 4th injector o ring is leaking now, gonna go get a easy out tomorrow and all new o rings.

i went wheelin today 2wd. rodded the hell out of it, got it up to 3/4 temp. it does alright. need to work out some issues. but injectors rock i love having a truck running on 4cyl now.

I even made him climb it up a 40" tall embankment on his 35s and 2wd. it was sand... sot we both made it.... took him a few trys

I know I wish I got a video of that. monday we might go back out and play and I'll get some videos. truck loved it. So to total up this so far. here is the story/funds in to it.

started with a 94 honda civic 4 door for $500 sold some junk off  it for $350 and traded for a 90 civic hatchback lowered, put like 200 bucks in to it, sold it for 1200, bought a 87 ifs rust bucket single cab for 500, traded it for my runner put like 300 bucks in to it then to this truck, so for 500 I got this truck. I sold the 5.29 diff out of the front of it for $150, and the lift to rockresuce for $180.  so that totals it to $170 for the truck lol. not to bad, i've around $500 in to it for front hanger kit, springs, rear hanger kit, pinion seals, tires, shocks and shock hoops so not to bad for a $670 3rd gen ex cab. I'm just a flopper at heart. I can take a ice cube and sell it to a eskimo maybe not the first one but I don't take no for a answer.

yeah bogs gettin all my left overs. I might be trading my tires and wheels and other set of whels for 36x16x15 boggers and black bart wheels next weekend i hope guy dont sell em between now and then, and then the true test of the yota, drive 70 miles to trade, then 70 miles back on boggers, we are meeting half way.
