need help with a simple thing here

ok here is the situation I have a MC07-R10 the rear case does NOT have a mount I am running a Budbuilt skidplate and want to keep this I would also like to have a mount for the rear case since its just hanging off the crawlbox so to speak. I have seen the one that FROR makes like this

it is rotated 10* to fit HOWEVER here is my problem I have a ALLPRO offroad e brake system on the back of the case and MUST KEEP THIS

I was thinking of getting the FROR plate and welding it to the AP brake  could this be done or would it push my rear drive flange out and also what other mods. would I have to do

I am thinking if I weld the FROR bracket to the AP bracket and cut down the little spacer that AP uses (cut it down to remove the new thicknessof the overall plates) and get some longer bolts (to cover the new thickness of the plates) this would work

HOWEVER WHAT ABOUT THE BRAKE LIGNING UP ON THE REAR OUTPUT SHAFT WOULDNT THIS NEED TO BE EXTENDED AS WELL ? TO KEEP IT FROM BINDING UP ?

or could  I put some bolts in the holes that the AP and FROR brackets have in common (this will only be the lower 5 bolts) and cut off the top half and discard the lower hald and weld the AP brake to the top half of the FROR plate ?
