Well silly me forgot about last year and the little trick I did, and I repeated it this year too!!  Well, the bird was done at noon.  :smack:  And we aren't eating till 2 PM.  And that is after I slowed the fire.   :shake_head: 

So, I've been up since 5 AM, and the bird has been done and sitting in the cooler since 11:30 AM.  So, I've been drinking beer and calling family and friends.  Now, I'm spreading the love to MC.

Stuffed no turkey today. Up in sunriver went to batchelor today and some one got airlifted out Hope they are good and their in my thoughts.
Family is doing turkey tomorrow. Happy hollidays to all.
