The A is the designation for made in Israel for Winchester. Its all good stuff, its all military and all worth running through your gun. The only thing better that you could shoot would be Lake City

Does it have the fill plug button? You have to use a tool to open the gun to add more water.

Better make sure it can't hold more than an ounce of water, otherwise its a high capacity gun..

A lot of the guns I own are not allowed in California, So I'll just hang on to them for now.

Not 100% but I believe it needs to be semi-auto, can have a detachable magazine but you need to have a "blocked magazine button" or similar device which makes it more of a PITA to remove the magazine and I believe the magazine can only hold a max of 10 (maybe 13?) rounds. Not sure what else it needs but I believe those are the main details to be legal in CA.

Pretty much agree with 46&2. Basically (I believe) the same restrictions for an AR. And 400 bucks isn't a bad price, unless the furniture is in need of being replaced. I'd pay between 300 and 400 for one.
