I know that the v6 auto is a larger trans than the 22re, so you would have to try and find a custom bell housing. Also I believe the wiring harness for the engine/trans is one harness. As for the crossmember and engine mounts I belive they are in a little bit different spot, but if you can use a torch and welder its a easy fix. For the clutch assembly, it should bolt in if you have all the parts. With the shifter I"m not sure if they have a punch out or not, you'll have to look under the carpet.
