Why wont my propane 22r turbo setup work

I have a buggy with a 1981 22r motor that runs on propane. I just put a turbo on it and i can not get it to rev up at all.But it will idle. I have a imp co model E mixer with a impco 200 carb.I have everything hooked up the way I was told to hook it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the turbo spinning? Or just restricting intake and exhaust.  I would slap a boost gauge on there and see what you are getting.  Also, if you are cramming more air in there, you need more fuel too, tho I don't think that would keep it from rev'ing but it could cause a issue.
