Upgrades/Re-design plans for MCR10

My 87's maiden voyage was awesome. Only actual issue was the front had enough axle wrap to drop the front shaft and my tires rubbed a bit when loaded. So, the plans are:

trim the fenders some more
clamp the front springs
maybe add a traction bar to the front axle somehow
maybe add some 4.7's to the rear t-case
build the front bumper/winchmount
exo
bring less gear with me..

This is something we alwayyyssss have issues with LOL!

Okay, so next year me and Katie will be there. Hopefully in the Migo. In order to do so, here's what needs to be done, and what I'd like to have done:

Need:
Can start with getting rid of the rig's latest residents - rats 
Exo cage (Katie ain't ridin' if it don't have a cage  )
Lower it a little bit
Shocks all around (which consists of getting rid of all previous mounts and making something that WORKS!)
Cover the holes in the floor over the driveline/trans/tcase
New T-case/trans setup w/gears
Do a thorough inspection on the drivelines. Make sure all is tight and secure.
Inspect and possibly rewire rock lights

ETA:
Registration/insurance.... that's on the NEED list


Want:
Chop out rear quarters to make room for rear moving back
Move rear back
Move fuel cell up into floor
Fix steering issue


I know my list will change, but this is just something to build off of.

just too damn big/heavy, 7,500lbs... going up caddy......rather have a puss xcab or 4 door with ac, auto CC
something I can drive more then 3-6 times a year,lol
I have like 600lbs + in the back with tools, CO2 batterys etc

What time did you guys go up Caddy Seabass?

we didn't leave untill 10:30am, & drove 5 minutes or less out & saw I guy walking down with a d60 rear shaft with splines broke off, I pulled out the ready welder ( didn't want to, lol, but couldn't just leave the guy) & let him fix it, & traffic was soi backed up, by the time we got to caddy we had to wait a good hour, he had his rig fixed & was waiting on traffic, I gave him a few tugs up harder spots & he made it out without breaking, had a 80s scout, cool guy, firefighter from near tahoe.
Marlin caught up to us at the traffic jam

If it was a black and orange scout that is BlackDogs buddy(I was with him last year on the roundup) and he is pretty cool. Last year he busted his on that scout
I passed him when he first got it apart, we talked, but i don't have a welder, or grinder or anything else that would have helped. he said he was going to walk down the hill. I told him good luck. Glad to hear he got help.


BTW the winch plate I got from you is Awesome.

that was it, always glad to help, rather use my welder on someone elses rig then my own, lol
it gets used about every other trip !

hope to sell or trade my rig soon, just want a change.
I picked up a RHD 92 4runner half cut without the 1kzte motor, that stayed with 1st buyer
