Trade: 95 BMW M3

I have a 95 M3 that l was considering trading for 1st gen runner or a 60 series. Up front l will say that the car has an R title due to the fact that it had been stolen.  It has some minor cosmetic damage on the drivers side.  It is purely cosmetic.  The car drives fantastic, gets great milage and runs smooth.  It has the famous vanos tick but the motor is in fantastic shape.  It's hellrot red with black leather interior.  Has M-motorsport LTW wheels on it as well. Car is located in NW PA.  Here are a few pics.

Well if you go by kbb it's around 6k, but we all know how kbb values reflect on "specialty cars"  It has an r title so l would say street value is around 6 or 7k.  What motor does the SAS runner have?
