Couple of issues here.

1.)  When I am on a steep climb for instance, this:

I get antifreeze dripping down into my cab on onto me from between my fender and the door frame.

Its weird  :dunno:

2.)  If I pull my rig off of the trailer, I can drive it fast and have full power in 2WD while I drive to the trail head or to my first obstacle.  But once I have wheeled through out the day with it in either 4 hi or low, it seems to lose ALL its power.  A normal hill on a back dirt road to take me back to camp, I have to really rev it up and drive up it it 2WD in 1st gear with the pedal to the floor and sometimes that isnt enough.  If I am heading up to a hill and the motor is reving high, I will shift to 2nd gear in 2WD and it will start sputtering and trying to die out and I have to shift back to 1st just to BARELY make it up the small hill.

:dunno:  WTF Chuck????
85 Runner, 5" All-Pro Extreme Lift, Complete Marlin T-Case with new TS 4.7 gears, Super Birfields(Longfields), 5:29's, Detroited front, Spooled rear, 36" TSL's, Bikini top.

1.  Check your rad overflow bottle.  See if the puke tube needs to be rerouted, lengthened, or if it's even there.

2. Check your choke adjustment. Look for cracked or loose vacuum hoses.  After things warm up different vacuum ports come into play.
Some idiots are too busy knowing it all, to ever learn anything...

I vote for rad. over flow too on #1.

power after hot? well it's a long shot butt maybe your fuel pump is going away? you could check presser when it's actting up. is it EFI? ether way check the filter too. :twocents:
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

On #2, mine does the same thing. Only in 4high though. Its a PITA to drive because i have to rev it and dump the clutch to get going. I changed the Fuel Filter 3 weeks ago and all the vaccum lines are in and in good condition. I dont now what it is...
