Anybody else racing vegas to reno

Were racing Best In The Deserts Vegas to Reno race August 20th with our class1 race car, was wondering if anybody else from  land will be out there. Always my favorite race. We will be there with the A&G motorsports #1553

Anyways we leave tomorrow morning staying at buffallo bills tuesday night. Qualify wednesday at state line

Wednesday we stay at aliente casino in north vegas for tech thursday

Thursday we are staying in phrump for the race friday morning

Was a fast course for sure this year, how far did you guys make it Sweetmeat?  We won our class for the fourth year in a row...can't really complain.  I wanted to ironman it in the car, but gave up the seat after 400 miles...damn it was dusty.

My buddy's won 4400 also

Not so good for us though, we lost a motor qualifying wednesday and couldn't find an LS7 anywhere. Shannon Campbell offered one his turn key motors but it was not a dry sump motor. So we ended up packin up and comin home thursday.

I was wondering what was going there, I was driving through the area coming back from Utah and the whole valley was filled with dust. I should have stopped but was too tired.
