nice runner, what you going to do to the front now?

nothing, its already got a trailmaster 4'' lift up front. I am heading back to the shop to get the bilsteins mounted up and weld the lower shock tabs on then paint the driveline, axle, frame and then go flex it out to get the springs to settle. Its sitting alittle higher in the rear so if doesnt settle enough I'll either pull a leaf or two out or install a shorter shackle.

eventually, along with dual marlin cases... or maybe total chaos long travel, whatever she decides she wants.... itll be a few years, she doesnt want to tear it up while she's going to college due to fundage.......

We went to Toyota today and ordered up some factory head gaskets, passengers window switch and drivers side window trim. going to order up a radiator, engine gaskets, bearings, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and piston rings tomorrow. Should have the engine out next week some time and get the heads into the machine shop.

Oh and ARP head stud kit as well. Engine will be nice and fresh! Might end up taking the block to the machine shop to have it hot tanked and decks shaved if they are out of specs. I will be posting updates and pictures as I make progress! I also talked to the bank today about my home loan and things are lookin good! hopefully be into a house before summer hits!

do the ISR delete and the exhaust crossover while your at it... so u dont burn a valve or blow a HG later due to that crappy exhaust

Ordered ARP head studs, Hasting Street piston rings, rod/main bearings, freeze plugs, and tomorrow we will get the radiator, water pump, timing kit, thermostat, complete gasket kit, and of course engine paint! should have the engine pulled out this week so I can get the block and heads into the machine shop.... then Hannah should be happy!

So what do you guys think about painting the block yellow? She suggested it today and I personally would go with blue and black or blue and white but shes thinkin blue and yellow.....

blue n yellow? Not my first choice. I like the Blue n White myself.

yeah I'm not really down with the yellow but its not my engine..... I was leaning towards a blue block, blue/white valve covers, blue/white intake highlights, and a white oil pan.... Idk.... just wanna get this thing built so I can start cutn my runner up!

thats exactly how i'd do mine... I was planning to do my 5.7L that way before installation.
