wtf, i just got a 1980 has been converted to power brakes need help

i got this truck a couple of weeks ago and last owner changed it over from manual brakes to power. so i put in a 91 master and booster and got the brakes working a little better but it still is not what they should be any ideas ?

nice name, nice first post. still not as they should be as in how? what is the vacume line hooked to? what master clyinder are you using?

ive got news for ya, all toyota trucks after 78 came from the factory with pwr brakes
