Its part of the engine harness that goes through the firewall. if you have a wiring diagram you can check the pinouts from the ecu. the neutral saftey switch has two in my case fat black wires the come out of the ceter plug near the middle and run to one of the plugs on the engine harness that go to the transmission harness with the 4wd indicator and reverse light switch etc.
