 what year e locker will fit my 83 4x4? 2000 01 02 03 04 ? 4 cyl or 6 cyl ? tacoma right?
abs or no? this is what my junk yard connection wants to know befor he can locate me a couple.

abs dont matter, and any e-locker will work years dont matter
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

how much are they going for?.....and I hear the only mod you have to do to the axle is shave a little bit off the cover or something like that

You have to clearance the mounting area for the motor assembly to clear the housing.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

 :help:  Can I stuff one of those into the rear and front of my '00 tundra? The rear is the new 2 pion with the cross brace, and the front is the 7.5 Hi-pion ifs.

I dont think the locker shoulnt change...you might have to make some mods for it to fit in your diff though...nothing too drastic

I have a 96 FJ80 high pinion electric locker, 4.10:1 ratio. Ordered a hi pinion open diff and they sent me this one instead. Let me know if you're interested. I'll take $700 OBO plus shipping UPS ground.

the elocker will NOT work in the IFS diff of ANY vehicle (taco, tundra, pickup, etc.)  the elocker MIGHT work in the rear of a Tundra, but I don't know.  The upgrade for your Tundra would be a factory LSD.

I was referring to the question about installing one into the front IFS diff of a tundra...the standard FJ80 front elocker will work fine in a standard toyota solid front axle application.
