Quit temping me to convert my 2WD 2004 model into a solid axle wheeling rig!
BTW. Where in Arkansas do you live. My father-in law lives in Horseshoe Bend.
I'm not trying to start a problem, but Jim is a friend of mine and he invented it and builds the Lefty and now sells it to Marlin, so credit goes were credit is do. I was just correcting him. All you Marlin groupies take stuff way to personal and slander other company's products way too much. I'm just happy that all these companys exist so we all can have good parts for our toyotas. It defenitly looks better with Marlin's red rather than Inchworm baby blue. I almost paid the extra $50 to have my duals painted red instead of blue.
It's an Inchworm lefty. Marlin crawler doesn't make a lefty Inchworm does and has it painted red and sells it to Marlin. By the way.
Check this out! A Marlin Crawler "Lefty" in a 2006 4Runner V8 with Marlin twin sticks. Nice!!!!Here is the install. http://www.rocksolidtoys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=229&page=10
the lefty above went into my truck. I just got the truck driving and I'll report back with my findings with the case after some miles and wheeling. I'm too wanting to see how the case holds up with the V8. Wyatt of Rocksolidtoys has been a huge help guiding me along and working with me and Marlincrawler. I'm anxious to finally get it out and wheel. Thanks Wyatt and Marlin!!
Any pics of the built? Setup suspension?
I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...
Beautiful truck!Crozhawk, thank you for your service! Here is a link to the buildhttp://www.rocksolidtoys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19
